With the new concept of a “Best Club of the Year” trophy was introduced to encourage clubs to achieve specific goals, such as recruiting new members, maintaining regular shoot events, and meeting KPIs. This would help foster healthy competition among clubs while promoting engagement and growth. Which is exciting!!
Reminding the importance of supporting the Downrange Education Program. The initiative relies on small donations collected during events, and clubs were encouraged to contribute to help reach the program’s funding goals. The conversation concluded with a reminder for members to share their thoughts on ways to improve XFDA events, fostering ongoing collaboration and feedback.
